ya, I hate best buy now. I went there to buy one on the debue morning not knowing that they couldnt use my $100 new every 2 upgrade credit. She had already registered it for me and I had her cancel it so I could go to a verizon store. Got there to find out that when they had registered my phone number under a MIFI.

I learned a similar lesson using a third party to obtain a cell phone. It's better to go to your carrier in most cases.
