  • @JuranWiesbaden the song is: The Qemists - Stompbox (Spor Remix)

  • What song is this?

  • what's the song? :D

  • Was that 30 seconds on 10 seconds off before moving on to the next station? Cool work out I'm gona give it a go when I'm next down the gym.

  • @universalchaos666 Yes I do fail features, I said circuit training is used to get their fitness up, not to make them better fighters.

  • @truefalse you dont knwo what ur talking about.....

  • HOT!!!!

  • @BeInspired001 O.M.G..... This is circuit training only done to get them in shape and fitness, not to help them fight.

  • half the exercises actually have little carry over to a MMA fight. Sorry but they dont... Knee raises are not done correct he is utlising lat strength not lower abdominals, and open chain run on a treadmill when in a fight everything is closed chain power?? Open chain bench press light weight on a fixed axis with low reps???? Does he have a 100 pound guy on top of him who he pushes up and down 20 times???

He may be able to fight but I question the training science being applied here...
