Broken Disassembled Sansa View

A friend of mine gave me his broken Sansa View. The screen is smashed, headphone jack has contact issues, and the case was starting to split. So I took it apart and played with the insides for a bit.

Hey dude, I hope you can catch my message as until now. How did you get to dissect that Sansa View of your friend? Is it already dissected or disassembled when you got it? Mine has a LCD problem. It started on just a simple white lining from the top of the screen, then suddenly as I use it everyday until now, the linings got worst. It already cover's almost half of the screen now. Any advice? Thanks though.

@stupidyogi He gave it to me, then I took it apart. Get a new screen.

send the thing back to sansa and tellem to desighn better products. (sansa fuze v1 rockboxed and lovin it)

Ah yes, I do own a Fuze V1 as well. It is a great little thing it is.

I'm from the Philippines. I don't think there's a Sandisk Sansa store here. I'm searching online for stores where I can buy a spare screen. But I couldn't find any.

I have mine dissected on the balcony next to me now,mines a different prob tho,went out on my boat on calm seas and then,at the crucial moment i came back into shore triron the bastard sent a freak wave,turned my whole boat over,mobile,mp3,speakers!what a shitter eh!anyway mobile-dead and good,it was crap anyway.this thing however i hope,comes back2me,had a zen vision m b4 DO NOT BUY THAT LUMP OF SHIT!this was worlds better!neat,small,good memory&sound.i recommend one of these2anyone really
