do you have flat feet? this exercise will not only give you great arches but it will also strengthen your calves and feet!

WHAT YOU NEED:
a theraband or flexi-band
available at most dance and cheer stores, as well as sporting good stores and physical therapy places.

  • Is this just a joke as it says on the "more information" panel at the bottom? I hope not. I have bunions from flat arches and hoped to get some help.

so can i just use like some old tights or something ? xD

  • yes, i think tights would work!

  • Ok this video was extremely helpful but what do you do with your other leg that your not stretching?

  • you just leave it relaxed and once you finish the first leg you go on to the second one and repeat 8 times on each foot :)

  • thx will this prevent my sickling? ???

  • nice, thank you very much.i can feel the change

  • @PrettyTigerlilly hey so how do you avoid pain if you run?

  • @KarrieSmith just keep it a secret and don't let anyone else know.

  • @intellegence63smart Those work, thanks!

  • @KarrieSmith My dad was in the Egyptian Army and he got so much excersise knowledge from them. Okay so you pull your foot as back as possible (only your foot not leg) then push it forward, as many times as you can handle. Then you rotate your foot for about the same time, stand on your feet and go up and down (stand on your toes then back down than up down etc..) Just some to name, PM me for more.

  • @intellegence63smart What are your dads excersises?

  • Thank you many times for these ballet tips, giving us ballet Pointers, if you will.... free of charge here on the almighty YouTube. It's hard enough to make time for class and in this economy (yeah, I live in America)....

I've gotten a-much praise for my arches. But I think they're starting to flatten. I'm also good at pointing while doing leaps and coupes. I'll try this right now. I used to do it a lot. Do you need a rubber band or can you use a towel?

  • thank you

  • I have flat, stiff feet and even a little extra bone on the outside of my foot. I have been doing this but its not improving tht much :(
