I'm very proud of my Blackfoot heritage. I'm what you would call a "half-breed" but it doesnt stop me from representing both of my cultures.Hopefully one day others will see what great things we have done for our country and recognize it more.

Man this is awesome. I'm not 100% sure, but I'm either Blackfoot or Cherokee. I do know that I'm German, Norwegian, French, either Blackfoot or Cherokee (I'm not sure which), and possibly Italian. I am proud to say that I have so many different cultures running through my veins. I just wish I new more about my Native American background. From what I do know, is that my... great grandfather? I think it's my great grandfather. Anyways, he married a Blackfoot or Cherokee princess. Wish I new more.

I am 25% welsh 25% portugues and a 1/16 blackfoot indian its not much but people can tell i have indian in me due to my high cheekbones. i want to know more about the blackfoot tribe and about my heritage but no one in my family will tell me.

@twigrlHailey93 Im proud of my black side too. so I have indian, and africa, and a little bit of white, but Im a very dark skinned black woman. People can tell I have indian in me because of my high cheek bones.

@twigrlHailey93 I have black foot, cheroke, and african american in me. Though I am still black, but I am still mixed with indian too. And Im proud of it. Half breed means when one of your parents is another race and the other parent is not the same race. For instanct, your mother being white, and father being black. Thats a half breed person. It usually refers to a biracial person mixed with two races. Im glad My ancestors are indian though

@songbird564 That reminds me of a Na' Pi story about Old Man stealing the suns hunting leggings.They were used to catch a bush on fire and make the animals run out,away from smok and fire,only to be shot down my the sun and old man.The ending is a pretty good lesson about,well,what some people call "karma".Look it up if you've never heard the story and enjoy ;)

Im Kicakpoo and Navajo Desendant I also do not let anything stop me from who iam even if i look white. I use to get teased alot by other native kids growing up becasue I didnt look native. :( Although I have my tribal id that still didnt help any very much. But still proud of who iam.
