Eddiej7ohn: The so called smooth jazz era was going on way before the 80's or 90's Bobbi Humphrey & Donald Byrd, Ronnie Laws, and so many artist have paved the way. I grew up listening to music that was unique and diverse because everyone had their own style of sound. But Bobbi is smooth and passionate just listen to her music.

I recently bought this cd ''Fancy Dancer'. I love ''The Trip'' and ''Fancy Dancer''. great cd. Larry Mizell and Chuck Davis done a great job producing this album back in 1975.
