Thats wayyy too small of a tank. 5 gallon minimum, and no, no other fish with a betta! Bettas enjoy hikari betta pellets (2-3 per day only), also enjoy frozen bloodworms or brine shrimp. Their temp needs to be between 70-80 F. And you need to do a water change once a week in a 5 gallon tank or less.

and it isnt a chinese fighting fish, it's a siamese fighting fish. found in rice paddies in thailand and other parts of asia. it isnt muddy and it isnt small tight space. it just has low oxygen and lots of room. u shuld've done some research lol

i ve had one! well, he died for being stupid. i also had gold fish with him, but then he killed all the goldfish and then died of germs. that was my lesson, dont let fighting fish be with other fish!

Unfortunately, my pet fish died :( Next pet I plan on getting will be a RESCUE dog!
