just work on those flams, and maybe try to learn some different flash stuff, try not to do the same flash more than once every run through of a piece of music.always mark time when playing a cadence, thats why your flam timing is flawed. overall a decent little cadence, could be a bit more complex for the snare part though, but oh well.
