http://www.fairfieldfitbodybootcamp.com - Fairfield Fitness- This is an awesome Fairfield Boot camp workout, that will definitely work the whole body.

As usual - 50 seconds for each body weight exercise with a 10 second rest in between.

Here is the Fairfield Fit Body Boot Camp Workout...


1) Push Up Jacks to 1/2 burpee - Start on Hands in the push up position and kick your feet out to the side and bring them back in. Halfway switch to half burpee

2) Single Leg Hip Raises - Lie on your back and with one leg bent and one raised out in front of you raise your hips up and down off the floor. Keep your hands up

3) Push Up Hold - Get into a push up position and hold yourself as low as possible without your chest touching the floor. Hold for entire duration

4) Squat Hold - Get into a good squat position and hold it.

5) Full Body Crunches - Lie on your back with your arms extended behind you. Sit up, bringing your legs and arms up simultaneously. Once the feet are up, crunch up (raise shoulders) and bring your hands to your toes



Finisher

1) Suicides - Sprint to the middle of the floor then back to the beginning. Then spring all the way across and back. Then repeat by sprinting half way and back then all the way and back

2) Mountain Climbers - PU Jacks

3) Backwards Run

4) Mountain Climbers - Pu Jacks

5) Suicides
