M hardwork is paying off. I have increased my attempts at recovery and am suceeding in many ways! I recently bumped my nutritional and physical recovery up a notch, as well as behavioral modifications, because I work VERY HARD in other aspects of recovery but have been playing it ED safe in these areas that I was lacking increased effort in. So now, as of lately, my recovery process is looking more like a full color spectrum rainbow rather than a half assed set of carefully selected colors.

Rejoice a Rainbow Recovery!!! Rainbows Ahead!

Ps. I also feel it very important to mention one of my main motivating factors: TATTOO WORK. It's caused me to be FORCED to face my body, one I see needs lots of health restoration and one I want to one day be proud of - sturdy and strong! I am miss out on a lot of tattoos (and life in general) by remaining emaciated. I can't and won't tattoo a majority of the areas I want tattoo'd due to emaciation and it gets frusterating and I'm getting fed up so I decided to try HARDER and it's helping. Amen!

Annotations will be added throughout the day as I have time to do them!

  • Do you or have you tried raw hemp seeds? They are by far superior and a great source of healthy fat... They are SO yummy!!! Hugs to you, I love our little food chats! they are healing vs unhealthy or obsessive. I think we are both learning so much and it's great interaction, especially public so others can learn too. Ps. how were your carrots?
