Lee Labrada explains the importance of intensity in your workout. His principle is quality over quantity. Here Lee outlines three ways to intensify your workout. 1. Increase the amount of weight you are using. 2. Increase the number of repetitions. 3. Decrease the amount of time it takes you to perform a set.

  • You were one of my favourites, back in the day. Great all round bodybuilding package. I have used your products and not only did they work really well they tasted really great. And you still look super!

  • He actually looks better @ 50 than he did in his "day" ~ what's the "secret?" LOL

Wasnt that a Mentzer quote at the end about the dynamite, or was that a Yates quote? Can't remember, I think Dorian used the Hammer and Nail analogy...

  • good shit

  • Thanks Lee :)!

  • Mr Olympia 1989...uncrowned!

Still looking amazing Lee....inspirational video series....massive value given

  • Very good analogy

  • Jesss Lee, you still appear to have all that top quality muscle from days of old. Always been a fan of yours

  • Good points. I also believe in the occasional use of post-failure techniques such as forced reps, assisted reps, drop sets, and isometric holds.

  • i wasted two years of my life training the wronge way, 5 days a week 1 hour to 1 and half hours a each day with rediculous amount of sets for each wo, during that time period i lost weight , didnt gain muscles. but when i started to know about mike mentzer my logic changed now in 1 year and a few months i gained and for the first time since i started traing i saw real results wich made me happy, and thanks lee for further clarifying the issue of volume.
