This is a variety of Romanian Dead Lift utilizing a crossover movement to increase functional flexibility in the back. A great movement for increasing glute strength and ab stability.

This is an excellent movement for increasing knee stabilization, hip and glute activation and developing deceleration strength in the trunk and hips.
