@Aivottaja I dont think the Feds had flipped Carlo at this point. Also if Carlo was asked to kill Vito, he would be forced to follow orders. He could not turn down the boss of the family. Most likely Carlo would of hired outside guys to take out Vito. Leaving no trace evidence that could point back to him or the family.

STUPID! You missed the point of this scene completely by leaving out the previous 15 seconds. The previous scene was Karm in Paris on a grandiose bridge over the Siene mezmorized by a gold leafed statue. And then the instant cut was to this scene with Sil yelling to some idiot to "make sure you clean off that shit" from the Bada Bing Tits sign. The sign scene is meaningless without the Paris scene.
