thanks for the comment. i always liked the RB for the sound it produce when its fired up.. but why in formula D USA i see no skylines. and there is only a G35 infinity coupe which is a skyline 350G. no r32,33 and 34 there

The SR20DET was actually a motor designed by nissan to replace the ca18DET which was expensive to manufacter. Alot of ppl dont know that the SR motor is much inferior to the rb series motors and had much less technology than even the ca which it superseeded. For example it is the only motor out of these that has rocker arms and a ditributor. Rocker arms smashing is a common problem on SR's if u bounce it off the limiter too much.

The 2 motors ur confused with are the rb26DETT found in the r32, 33 and 34 GTR's, the rb25DET found in r33 GTS-t and r34 GTT, and the SR20DET found in S13's, s14, s15 180sx and GTIR.

Now, the best motor of those three is without doubt the rb26DETT... that is not disputed. I would say the next best would be the rb25DET, followed by another engine called the ca18DET, found in s13's and 180sx.

On what car? GTS32? RB25DETT is kinda heavy, big, more expensive parts etc.. SR20DETT, Less power but it has turbos (2) much lighter and improves balance for a car like the gts32..

yeah well im only 12 so i play video games and drift on them and watch videos... so i didnt understand any of that...
