Jeep Liberty CRD, Diesel, WVO #2

Here I show how to replace the Fuel Filter for the veggie oil. I order a box of filters at a time and have them delivered to my place for a total of $8/filter. I swap them out every 5-6,000 miles. They are 2 micron.

I have swapped out several, and always check the oil one for any signs of glue coming apart, or separation, or anything. So far I have never seen any indication that they can not handle the heat. So, I would say the answer is "yes, the heat is fine".

I have never tried to run mine past 6,000 miles. It would depend on how clean the oil is going in.

8 dollars is alot.Why not filter with oil filters.There are 2 mic oil filters that are cheaper.

can those paper filters handle the heat, would they last for 20000 miles,,,,
