@evil6661701 That's all it's about, simply being civil. Believe me, I don't block people unless they give me very good reason. I don't want comments full of ass-kissing, I simply want comments that are civil and informed. When people run off at the mouth passing judgement on me, accusing me of things that aren't true, or simply being dicks for the sake of it, I don't tolerate that behavior here and respond appropriately by blocking them. They're not worth my time.
