The sound you hear at the beginning of the video is the guide deflating our kayak. Space is ridiculously tight and this has to be done at just the right tide. Even still, the extra 6 inches or so of air would prohibit one from getting through the cave. Just enough air is left in to keep you afloat and water rushes into the kayak. You lie flat on your back and the guide does as well, literally pulling you through the cave my manipulating his hands along the sea cave ceiling. The portion of the video that is black is when there is absolutely no light and the sea save ceiling brushes my nose, until I learned to turn my head slightly to the left. ;) Pardon my panic, but I'm a bit claustrophobic.
