  • Hey there! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (just google it)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend got really defined 6 pack abs and lost a ton of weight with it.

  • don't be so mean guys....let him talk...

ummm...is a style for some people...i do it too

  • Try to keep your.... ummmmm....RPM...ummmmm.... up...urrrrrrrrr...when you.....um...this....er....helps to...ummmmmmmm...get your...heart rate...errrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...up.

Dude, if you can't speak properly, shut and work out! We can see what your saying by reading the captions.

Good info but all those errrrrrr's and ummmmmmm's is insanely annoying.

Take a speech class or practice speaking without using err and um before you load another video. It takes away from the overall lesson.

  • holy crap. pissing me off. your doing an effing video aren't you supposed to be prepared before you record shit?

  • I'm 15. 5'7" 140-145 lbs (not too sure) I do 40 min everyday. I hope this helps!

  • this video would only be 30 seconds if he would quit saying ummmm aaa ugggh
