Wow this guy should be a politician. He has successfully stolen 2 min of my life and said essentially nothing....if he wants to actually say some thing useful maybe he should "change" his presentation...ha ha
Um...while the quality of video looks like Max Headroom, I think you are missing the point. He is looking at organizational change as a theory, not in specifics. He is using the trimmings of organizational commerce because, well, that's who he sells to. But this is a theory of how to promote change, not an agenda of what to change. Look at it based on that.

What change?---who's change?--who gets to dictate the change? is change good?--what if change is predictably harmful? Should it be embraced or is it something to be avoided.
