  • Thank you very much for your useful comment. Yes i though this tutorial might get a few people out of trouble. I was a little nerves when i made this video and made a few mistakes in the names of things etc but im sure people still understood what i was trying to get across that was the important thing... thank you... bye for now..

  • Very nice tutorial. Losing the balls from a ballnut can ruin your whole day, but you've shown it isn't the end of the world.

    One suggestion - put a bit of petroleum jelly (vaseline) in the tube with the last few balls. It will hold the balls inside the tube, and indeed hold the two halves together, while you reinstall it into the ball nut. Saves you having to worry about losing the balls just as you are about to finish it all up.
