Emitt Rhodes was a great musician who did manage to reach the top 20 with his first self made album. He could have made it. He had talent and a sweet charm, but he met the intrigues of the recording business and left music.

Doye Moye bought this album when it came out. Doye is actually my cat and didn't exist then ... really enjoyed the trip back ... good songs!

bought his albums as they came out and was shunned by my Grand Funk lovin peers...nothing wrong with the Funk though,,,
Hell I listened to classical while Led Zep hit the charts
