Oh, I *think* I got most of it figured out:
Skull: "Quit screwing around. Your job (?) is done. [...] are not your concern." Crow replies.
Skull: "You risk everything. I took that risk and lost!" Crow replies.
Skull: "Then you'll go, as a mortal... alone." Crow replies.
Skull: "Then choose... choose and be damned! (?)"
The most incoherent thing is the beginning of his third sentence. Anyone figure that one out?

@sallyed66 Actually, it's never said whether Top ordered the killings or not.
He ordered for the apartment to be cleared but never said how. The role of The Crow is to kill those responsible for what happened to him. In this case, Funboy's group.
Just look at what happened during the second movie.

I'm glad this scene was deleted. It doesn't really make any sense. He says that Eric is "screwing around," but in doing so, Eric discovers that Top Dollar was behind the killing. Had he not discovered that, his job never really would have been complete. I would think a supernatural character like this cowboy would have known that.

That is Michael Berryman. The bald, hairless guy from the original "The Hills Have Eyes." He has a condition that he has no hair or sweat glands!
