this is o.k. but for me 1/2 the appeal of the original crimson version was the incredible drumming. the drummer in this version does not have anywhere near the same creativity and presence in comparison he just sounds like he`s in the way making a lot of fast loud dull thuds. also, the guitar solo stuff belongs in some other tune.

I found this song by accident. Gold star for early 80's rockers Saxon for having a go at it - it's really rather good. So why is their own music so awful?

Sorry Saxon, this is a good attempt and I appreciate that you guys obviously like prog, but the original is an unstoppable classic which cannot, in any way, be improved. Decent cover anyway, 7/10.
