You see? Even the supposed UPDATE listed here that says HR 645 has been recycled as S 3476 is an OUTRIGHT LIE! EVERY bill proposed in any session of Congress will have BOTH a House(HR) version AND a Senate(S) version. THEN! AFTER BOTH have passed on their respective floors? BOTH Bills go into reconciliation and combined. OR? THEY DIE! Which is what happened to BOTH bills listed. BOTH were referred to committee and DIED. BEFORE ever being voted on in EITHER the House or the Senate.
