John Connally's first interview after 11/22/63

This was Governor Connally's first interview, following the assassination. Notice that his original recollection was that he turned to his left and actually saw the President.

That was obviously, incorrect and he changed his story later, probably at the urging of his wife.

@Tonyconner74 Just after the limo passed the front steps of the TSBD, five witnesses saw a bullet strike the pavement on Elm St near the right rear of the limousine. Witnesses saw this bullet kick up concrete toward the car (Weisberg 187-189; cf; Moore 198). This means the shooting started near the intersection with Houston St.

Remember Connally's words? "And then we had just turned the corner. We heard a shot..."

The missing part of the altered Z film is the conspiracy.

Connelly says Kennedy grabs throat...then he is Hit....Then the fatal head shot.... that is 3 shots that Connelly knows about.......Well we know about the 4th shot that hit the curb that broke into splinters that hit tague.....that is 4 shots at least...... well that sounds like a conspiracy to me

@1963coupdetat Trust me,I believed in a conspiracy for years,watched films,read books,etc.I agree people took advantage of the situation after JFK was dead--that is simply making the most of an unexpected opportunity.If someone wants to believe in a conspiracy,there is almost no way to disprove it in their mind.If you want a conspiracy,look at how the Obama administration is leading us headlong into totalitarian socialism...

How about LBJ & Hoover using "they" repeatedly to describe the perps in a recorded conversation a week after Dallas? And both admitting that Connally was "in the way" of a 3rd shot to JFK? And LBJ henchman Mac Wallace's fingerprints showing up in the Dal-Tex Bldg? And Ruby's integral links to the Mob and CIA? And Zapruder film anomalies proving it was altered? And Bethedsa medical personnel stating Navy brass manipulated the autopsy?

I don't think John Connally was targeted, that or the bullets that hit him were meant for JFK. Connally proabably realized that later and played along. If he would have begun telling the truth, he probably would have ended up as #1 on the "mysterious deaths"-list even before the interview was ended.

He's smiling a bit and doesn't seem to show much emotion but dang, he's probably on some good ole painkillers. Towards the end there it got a bit weird but the media does this propaganda crap all the time. If he was in on it then he would have spoke the truth. I mean if I was told I wouldn't get shot but did I would think hmm, they're gonna kill me anyway soon as I'm out the hospital.
