Lol fool , If you did that in Philadelphia you would come back to an empty parking spot and a 300$ fine +175$ to get your car back when it's towed. Philly's officers are trained to spot altered receipts and as for the evidence the tow truck driver will kindly get that recipt from your dash when he opens your car before towing it. ^_^

I do the exact same procedure, only difference is that i scan the tickets and rearrange the number to the appropriate time and date. I have done this for 2 years straight and still have not been caught. Hahaha

Haha.. nice! I use the same trick with faxes to child support, except I scan into the computer, manipulate with paint program and then fax. That bitch scammed $40K outta me - I'll get it back somehow.. ;)
