  • You need to keep your elbows in. Doing this exercise on a decline bench (probably no more than 10 degrees) will reduce strain on joints and put further intensity on Triceps

  • Yep. His form is not that great for a demonstration lol. Elbows need to be right in, bench on decline to reduce stress on joints, and bar needs to come down to BEHIND the head to actually be called a 'french press'.
