  • Good job, Glenn! The 137 curls were nice and slow on the negatives, and that 231 bench looked rather easy, coulda done at least one more rep! As for Mark, he had good speed on the 440, maybe next time he'll get the weight. With enough hard work, even you old guys can do great ;) And I have a brother named Tyler, I call him Ty, sometimes! :P

  • @IncredibleHulkRobert thanx Robert --I wondered if anyone would notice the slow negs lol ( I for sure can do more on the bench--and the thing is I haven't been putting in the 'hard work'--just casual, but doing enough to progress when I do : )

  • Also, good job to Mark with that attempt! Just a tad more tricep work, and that lift will be a complete explosiion! and he will hit 450

  • Awesome lifts Glenn! I told you, you have at LEAST 240 in you! and you did that 231 at the END of ur workout man! and you looked like you had 2 in you easy! I am sure you can get 245, no doubt in my mind. and soon you will cross the 250 barrier once again, and on ur way to 275! then eventually 300! I wanna see you hit 300 man! give it all you got!!!!
