They're round, colourful, and completely non-violent - and they are becoming a global success. The Russian cartoon Smeshariki is following in the foot-steps of the Teletubbies, and becoming the cartoon of choice for a new generation of children.

lol. ordinary russians are just happy watching a good cartoon. they do not make any comparisons with US cartoons. still, russians feel suspicious of America's intensions. it's natural, it comes from 90s when a lot of shit flowed into Russia and mainly from US. so far, US and UK give a refuge to big number of russian criminals, bandits, etc that terrorized and robbed russian population in 90ths. how should russians feel to America?
