@messycumshot 5'9''ers are usually either in the 85kg/187lbs or the 94kg/207lbs category. To build a solid base of strength should do a lot of pulls (deadlifts with a shrug at the top), squats, push presses, and of course snatches and clean and jerks. To get the most out of it you should join a weightlifting gym or at least get a coach who knows what he's doing.
