It is pronounced "wa-lid na-yil", NOT "oolid nail"!
The French spelling oulid nail is how they
wrote the Arabic words "walid (children) nail (of sandals)
I can't make the double dot over the "i" which makes the
vowel separately pronounced. Hearing "oolid nail" over and
over again makes my skin crawl!!!

I have been in algeria and they say OULED not walid.. I am married to an algerian and he pronounces it OULED...your skin is crawling without a good reason

The song is from an Algerian singer and unfortunately I cannot redo this video.. But thanks for your comment ( I dont have the software to pull it off and start again.. its so old ..4 years)
