Cockatiel Singing

Here are my two cockatiels, Flopsy (the grey one, the singer) and Nibbles (the yellow one). Watch them eat morning breakfast and sing! Flopsy says "Cade mamãe?" which in portuguese means "Where's mummy?" (my mom, not me). He also says "Flopsy boy"

I use to feed my cockatiel bread, but stopped since he kept ending up with it collecting in his throat until he had to 'throw it up'. I believe he would choke on it, so I stopped. He ate everything else on my plate with me without a problem.

@AlixSama Yes, I have seen this happen with Nibbles (the lutino). What I figured is that she was eating way too much bread, and fast, so we started giving her a bit less, or at least feed her little bits every so often. Never happened again.

@earthangle1998 well it depends on your cockatiels personality...My cockatiels name is Disco because when i put music on she sings to it and dances! :)...So if your cockatiel is Lazy maybe call it Lazy if its cheeky call it Cheeky :) just some ideas hehe

I wish my two cockatiels of the same colors could get along, I guess my grey one(alex) has to be dominant and never lets the seemingly idiotic happy-go-lucky yellow one(Spartacus) near him without a peck

Someone's happy, lol. My 2 budgies used to annoy the hell out of my cockatiel. I had to break up fights between them quite often, lol.
