So, he dressed it up as a "fiscal" issue. Couldn't get the quorum necessary, was forced to admit on Capitol Hill that is would NOT affect the state's budget, extracted it from the "budget" process and passed it in the middle of the night. But stands here now, claiming to be the "CEO of Wisconsin" and fixing their fiscal "crisis" - my God, this is truly laughable!
