READ THIS BEFORE COMMENTING SOMETHING STUPID OR OBVIOUS!
Fallout is a game originally created by the Black Isle studios. Fallout 3 (Van Buren) was Black Isle's beta version of fallout 3. Black Isle got broke and was bought up by Bethesda Softworks, that also create the elder scrolls series.
Also have to admit that I was wrong about Black Isle making the fallout tactics, since it was developed by Micro Forté.

Its like playing in VATS all the time.
You action points that decide how far you can move, how many times you can shoot, and how much you can heal. Aim is shown by percentages either dead on (torso), or you can choose where to aim with varying percentages. It is turn based and I suggest turning on the faster enemy speed in the options when playing.

@TheGuyBehindThePC Fallout 4 in few months? where the hell did you get that from!? Fallout 4 wont be released until atleast the end of 2013 probably the end of 2014.

@ChocolateAndJelly123 They made amazing fallouts! I think that F3 was the best but I REALLY enjoyed 1 aswell. cant speak for 2 as havent played it yet but im gonna.
