Work on form continues. Front squats with 50, 75, 95 and 105 kg. Back squats with 105 and 135 kg. Weights in back squat 50 kilo less than I usually use, but I expect to see quick progress when I start doing back squats again seriously. I want to improve mobility some more so I always keep my lower back straight. Over all I am happy with the progress I am making in mobility.
