The panel included USC Rossier School of Education Dean Karen Gallagher, filmmaker Davis Guggenheim and teachers Nate Monley and Joy Kraft-Watts.   • My mother was a teacher. Her mother was a principal. My mother told me not to become a teacher. I'm glad I listened to her.
