One Hour of Dinosaur Planet Gameplay Including the First 18 Minutes

This video includes the first 18 minutes of the unreleased game Dinosaur Planet from boot up to the end of Krystal's first chapter. It also includes 40 more minutes of Sabre and Krystal gameplay throughout the game.

This looks like it could have been a great swan song for the N64.

As Starfox adventures, I find it to be an alright game, but starfox just really didn`t fit

the feel of the game. A sci-fi rail shooter suddenly mixed with magic and dinosaurs ?

It was amazing what RARE was able to do with N64 hardware. Such a shame what Microsoft has done to them...

I'm pretty sure all the creative talent at Rare is gone now, they've either been fired or quit, so it wouldn't matter.

Yes, It would be for the better if Rare came back to Nintendo. They were really better off with them.

Also, i feel the storyline in this is much more well planned. Think about it. In SFA, Krystal was initially supposed to be finding the truth out about her parents death. Then she randomly screams "ITS YOU!" and is trapped. We're never told ANYTHING about her parents and who trapped her after that point. I love SFA, but there were a LOT of holes in the storyline.

The ONLY thing that would bug me is not hearing the darkice mines music they had in SFA. I loved that theme.

Isn't copyright so annoying sometimes. There goes my dreams for a Dinosaur Planet remake. Unless Rare rejoins Nintendo that is.

Oh yeah. If they released this on Xbox360 they would be using Krystal who is now a Starfox character due to being released in Starfox Assault and Starfox Command. So yeah it wouldn't happen with Microsoft since Krystal in her own right is a Nintendo character now since she is part of the Starfox series. Thanks for reminding me.

in order for that to happen, Rare would have to go back to Nintendo first, cause that's where they truly belong. Maybe then they could get this thing off the ground
