Rep. Manzullo joined Mark Stevens on WTVO to express his disappointment with President Obama's State of the Union address. Regulations are pounding small business owners and they are uncertain of what is coming next from Washington. The unstable business atmosphere encourages unpredictability. The federal government must cut oppressive taxes and burdensome regulations to create stability and convince people to invest in capital and hire new employers.
