Best way to score glass with a rule is to have a long rule that you can lay on top of the glass.......and supported at each end with a nail pounded into the table or screws......rule has to be longer than the glass you're cutting.....then you slide the glass to line up with your rule.......Trying to hold a rule on top of glass to cut is an exercise in futility......always shifts..........z

@SDJrekoff Tip the cutter at a 45 degree angel and apply aprox 3 pounds of force... so not very "strong or hard cut". the cutter doesnt cut the glass by force it uses vibrations to make a crack in the glass.

@SDJrekoff its not hard at all. if you score the glass twise you get a ruff edge of the glass + you ruin your cutter.
