The Body Bar Flex exercises are to be done as a complete circuit (one exercise after the next). There are six exercises all together all marked "Circuit Training"
Try to do 15-20 reps of this exercise (palms down, then palms up)
(Josh is really strong but make sure you DO NOT flex your Body Bar Flex past a "U" shape or it may lose its resistance)
