how did they relocate to back to the castle indeed and since when would Jack's mother be able to climb another beanstalk especially without the proper climbing safety equipment.

In July 1429 Joan of Arc had led a French army to lay seige for 4 days to the town of Troyes in Ch-Ardenne ( which was under English rule). Joans army was running out of food but fortunately, months earlier, there had been a wandering Friar; Brother Richard, who had been preaching that the world would end.For some strange reason the residents had responded by planting early beans. These happened to be ready and so the army ate them. Did the residents hope to climb up bean stalks to heaven ?

How did they get back up to the castle after the beanstalk was cut down?

Maybe the bean salesman gave them more magic beans to make a new beanstalk or they called an airplane pilot who gave them a ride to the castle.
