A girl is trapped in a cell. Only with the help of others can she achieve freedom.

A high contrast animation commissioned by the Royal Commonwealth Society to help promote the issue of freedom. The film is based on the work of groups such as Amnesty International.

Drawn in pen and ink and animated in After Effects.

  • Wow. This is an amazing video. Very well done and with an extremely moving message. I'm surprised this isn't more popular. Again, very well done, I loved it.

  • No one is truly free; we're all trapped by something. Though some prisoners to find freedom for themselves.

  • Ironically i worked for the Royal Commonwealth Society in northumberland avenue and for years i was there i wished everyday i could be free from it. free from the low pay whilst all the time i was surrounded by oppulance.

  • agre with jibblejabjoe but everyone has got moments when they are free. And that's when they should fight. And I think the sound of bricks was scary..
