yes.
depending on which team you're watching they charge a fee.
but usually all proceeds go to the teams local charity of choice.
in vancouver it's about $20 to watch the canucks practice. i'm not sure about other places.. but you can't go to any practice. they have scheduled practices that you can attend.

@CmanCorporations Actually, for this rink, Its FREE for the Penguins practice @ the Iceoplex, but they are only there a couple of times a month... Their main practice facility is Mellon Arena, where they play the home games, and those are only open to media, not the public...
