1) Actually no, 20 isn't that old in todays society, it's actually quite young
2) Actually there has been a ton of study on the matter and sugar and sugar substitutes have no effect on how a child acts, caffeine has more effect than anything in regards to things that are consumed. You should stop getting your information from rumor sites or from old urban myths.

@garith21 20? hahahaaaa! im not that old am i? anyways, i cant quit, unlike my mum i cant get rid of the foods, and im addicted, aspartame ( or any sweetner ) is very bad, it makes kids very hyperactive and naughty, and its bad for u... i stay away from it

2) Telling me that all people living in a geographical area deserve something regardless of whether or not they participated in the stuff you claim they deserve it for is heartless and stupid.
3) sure you can, you're what? 20? that's like 1/4th of a healthy life span.
4) trying to spread fear rather than helpful advice isn't really helpful especially when most of it is either completely ignorant or only half informed.
