The drummer is playing it like he is supposed to... just not clean. If you listen to mint condition's live version of pretty brown eyes, you'll hear that J Holidays band tried to do the same arrangement. The drummer just isn't as clean... Mint Condition's drummer stayed out the pocket on this song... It was very nice though
