@PazouwhProductions It's from the Movie Silence Of The Lambs, wherein "Buffalo Bill" is a cross dressing (closet transgendered) lunatic, you kidnaps women and feeds them large amounts of food and forces them to keep thier skin very moist so that after he kills them their skin is flexible and somewhat stretched (he typically picks larger girls) for when he skins them and then wears their skin. @masterBalla1. "It does this whenever its its told.". By did you know that Buffallo Bill in Silence of the lambs is to some extent basic on the very sick extreme serial killer Ed Gein. He was so sick. He murdered some people and started to make clothes out of their skin but then he started to go to cementaries to get bodies of people who has just died, in the middle of the night, and brought em to his home, and made clothes and stuff out of them. He was so sick and extreme.
