I'm very happy about Obama as our President Elect, and I hope he is the change we need. Granted he is going to tax the shit out of me, but I hope that those of us who are doing well in this country can help those, who have not had the same luck.

  • With his huge spending plan, do you really think that the tax bracket won't be lowered? When he raises corporate taxes, do you think you won't pay more for goods and services? When the carbon taxes start, do you think you won't pay more for fuel for your vehicle & electricity for your home? Call me some more names and curse at me some more, maybe you'll win me over.

  • idiot his giving tax breaks to everyone making under 250,000 a year,

    thats so many fuckin people...

    read before you speak.

  • You people are dreaming thinking that Obama is going to really change things, well, other than tax us to death. He's more of the same, Democrats & Republicans = Republicrats.

  • I sincerely hope that like you, those who did not vote for Obama, will support him as the American people should support every president. With a single action, he has given hope for social, economic, and political change. And I'd be disappointed if even the starkest Conservative didn't feel that hope too. You represent the American that people should respect, your kind statement was much needed.

  • Totally agreed.

I'm staying in Qingdao, China. Even my Chinese friends talk about Albama everyday.
