This makes me so mad. To think that GM would cancel it 4.5-liter diesel for the light-duty trucks is crazy talk. This is what GM truck buyers need!! A small diesel that has tons of torque with good towing numbers that also gets great fuel economy. Hate to say it, but at this point, I'd rather see GM cancel the 6.0-liter, and 5.3-liter V-8s in exchange for this small diesel. This whole thing makes me question GM...letting their bean-counters tell them what projects to cut.
