Paleo isn't just a diet, it's a way of living. What does eating paleo-style entail? In simplest terms, if the food or drink didn't exist for cavemen, then you can't eat it. @datzfast i was curious because the paleo diet for me not only causes weight loss but seems to reverse ageing. so had you been old i would have asked if you were getting younger.

@datzfast I started at 253. I'm 138 now. (So I've lost 113 lbs, another 10 since that last post.) I'm 5'9", because I know that's the next question you have. I'm incredibly lean, fit and fab. The weight keeps coming off, I'm not even trying anymore. And no, I don't have cancer.
