I listen to Jazz all day. And every night I come back to either Charles Mingues, or Duke Ellington. I love Bebop. And yet, no I don't come back to Charlie Parker, or Lester Young, or Sonny Stitt, or Dexter Gordon. It's always Mingus or Duke. I can never get enough!

the whole album is wonderful, if there was no electric guitar in above arrangement, maybe it could come a little closer to that masterpiece, i dont like syntetic instruments.

This is pathetic! Listen to the original. This is a pansiefied, weak, lame piece of B.S. I f Mingus had heard this, he'd have come out swinging. This is the kind of crap that gives real jazz a bad name.
